Return & Exchange Policy
In stock items generally ship in 2-3 business days. Custom made, print on demand items generally ship in 3-14 business days. Please see item details for shipping estimates. Holidays and Sundays are not “business days”. Delivery times vary by location as shown in the following chart, but are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

We will ship to the following locations at the specified rate shown in the item details: USA and USA territories, Australia, Canada, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland and the UK. Other destinations will be considered upon request prior to purchase.
We ship First Class International/Registered Mail or Priority Mail International on most items. Once shipped it takes 6-10 average business days to major destinations. Customs delays of 4-6 weeks are possible. Import custom duties, VAT, & excise taxes that are levied by your home country are the responsibility of you, the buyer. The seller cannot pay these fees or taxes. Please check a duty calculator before your purchase to estimate these fees. Size, and import, restrictions may also apply.
Unopened and/or unused items in the original, saleable condition may be returned for a full refund, or exchange, minus original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and requires proof of mailing. No returns accepted after 21 days from date of documented delivery. Please pack items securely as they must be received in the original condition as sent before a refund can be issued.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:
Custom made orders are not returnable unless defective or damaged in shipment.
Notify us immediately if items are damaged in shipment. Keep all of the original packing materials including the box. Photos of the shipping container and the damaged merchandise are also required. Replacements if available, or refunds if not, will be given with proper documentation.
New items that are shipped sealed in their original package may be returned for a full refund if they are found to be defective upon opening. No returns accepted after 21 days from date of documented delivery. Please contact seller 1st for instructions on items that may, or may not, need to be returned.
