SALES TAX: As of June 21, 2018 the US Supreme Court has given states the right to collect sales tax from remote sellers on the internet. At this time, as a small internet seller, we only collect sales tax for sales to customers in our home state of Kentucky. Please be aware that you may be responsible to pay sales tax on all internet purchases to your state and/or local governments if required by your home state.

Department of Revenue of Ill., 386 U. S. 753—which held that a State cannot require an out-of-state seller with no physical presence in the State to collect and remit sales taxes on goods the seller ships to consumers in the State—are overruled. https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/17pdf/17-494_j4el.pdf
