RETURNS: If you are not happy with your purchase of this item, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a full product refund. DAMAGED ITEMS: Notify us immediately if items are damaged in shipment. Keep all of the original packing materials including the box. Holidays and Sundays are not “business days”. Delivery times vary by location as shown in the following chart, but are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

SALES TAX: As of June 21, 2018 the US Supreme Court has given states the right to collect sales tax from remote sellers on the internet. At this time, as a small internet seller, we only collect sales tax for sales to customers in our home state of Kentucky. South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. (17-494)
Quill Corp. v. North Dakota, 504 U. S. 298, and National Bellas Hess, Inc. v. Department of Revenue of Ill., 386 U. S. 753—which held that a State cannot require an out-of-state seller with no physical presence in the State to collect and remit sales taxes on goods the seller ships to consumers in the State—are overruled.
