RETURNS:

Unopened and/or unused items in the original, saleable condition may be returned for a full refund, or exchange, minus original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and requires proof of mailing. No returns accepted after 21 days from date of documented delivery. Please pack items securely as they must be received in the original condition as sent before a refund can be issued

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Notify us immediately if items are damaged in shipment. Keep all of the original packing materials including the box. Photos of the shipping container and the damaged merchandise are also required. Replacements if available, or refunds if not, will be given with proper documentation.

SHIPPING TIMES:

In stock items generally ship in 2-3 business days. Custom made, print on demand items generally ship in 3-14 business days. Holidays and Sundays are not “business days”. Delivery times vary by location. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

SALES TAX: As of June 21, 2018 the US Supreme Court has given states the right to collect sales tax from remote sellers on the internet. At this time, as a small internet seller, we only collect sales tax for sales to customers in our home state of Kentucky. Please be aware that you may be responsible to pay sales tax on all internet purchases to your state and/or local governments if required by your home state.

Quill Corp. v. North Dakota, 504 U. S. 298, and National Bellas Hess, Inc. v. Department of Revenue of Ill., 386 U. S. 753—which held that a State cannot require an out-of-state seller with no physical presence in the State to collect and remit sales taxes on goods the seller ships to consumers in the State—are overruled.
