BASIC INFO: This is inventory left over from my church supply store which I closed in 2009. It is now part of my personal collection and has been in storage. See “Returns Polices” regarding any product that is damaged in shipment. This is the last of my old inventory and will not be reordered.
CONDITION: This soft leather bookmark comes in the original rigid clear plastic sleeve. The design and/or text are imprinted into the leather. The imprints are much the same color as the leather and therefore do not stand out from the bookmark except when viewing up close.

RETURNS:
Unopened and/or unused items in the original, saleable condition may be returned for a full refund, or exchange, minus original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and requires proof of mailing. No returns accepted after 21 days from date of documented delivery. Please pack items securely as they must be received in the original condition as sent before a refund can be issued.

DAMAGED ITEMS:Notify us immediately if items are damaged in shipment. Keep all of the original packing materials including the box. Photos of the shipping container and the damaged merchandise are also required. Replacements if available, or refunds if not, will be given with proper documentation.
