RETURNS: If you are not happy with your purchase of this item, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a full product refund. Please note that original and return shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect in quality or damage in shipment. Refunds are issued once returned item has been received. SALES TAX: As of June 21, 2018 the US Supreme Court has given states the right to collect sales tax from remote sellers on the internet. At this time, as a small internet seller, we only collect sales tax for sales to customers in our home state of Kentucky. South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. (17-494)
Quill Corp. v. North Dakota, 504 U. S. 298, and National Bellas Hess, Inc. v. Department of Revenue of Ill., 386 U. S. 753—which held that a State cannot require an out-of-state seller with no physical presence in the State to collect and remit sales taxes on goods the seller ships to consumers in the State—are overruled.
